Due to the considerable advances in the technology of vertical mills and confirmed properties of such mills, Momtaz Sangshekan CO. offers a new series of vertical mills called the LM Series. The progresses in this new model will attract the attention of everyone, but it is always possible to develop and create new technology considering the R & D team of the Momtaz Sangshekan CO.

Collective design
This mill includes grinding, drying, milling, separating, and conveying operations. It has a simple, yet well-developed layout. The space used by this equipment is only 50% of that required for a ball mill. In-series mills have greatly reduced the cost of investment due to laying out in the open environment.

Simple optimization
Momtaz Sangshekan Co. makes its best to reduce the operating costs of its customers in terms of exploitation, powder drying, depreciation of parts and replacement and repair of parts. For example, direct roll milling reduces energy consumption. Hot air that collides with materials increases drying capacity. The use of a roller guard can prevent direct contact between the roller and minerals. The position of the spare oil cylinder allows the liner and roller shell to be replaced continuously and easily without having to shut down the line for a long time.

Milling in the shortest time without iron contamination
The materials spend a short time in the mill and this prevents excessive milling while controlling grain size distribution and chemical composition of the materials. Also, the rollers and minerals do not directly collide. So the iron content of the product is very low, and the iron mixed with the product is easily separated by a mechanical process. Accordingly, the purity and transparency of the materials are guaranteed.

Closed structure and automatic control system
Operations in the LM mill are carried out with the slightest vibration and loud. The system is carefully closed and subjected to a negative pressure with the least pollution that maintains the work environment beyond the international standards. LM is equipped with a professional control system and is monitored and controlled by the connection between the remote control and the main control panel. The application is simple and cost-effective in terms of workforce.
