Thickener

Since most crusher lines are setup in arid areas, recycling and reusing water is an important and practical issue.

In this regard, using Thickener will meet this requirement as a powerful machine. Thickener by deposing, which is one of the three preferred method in rinsing, provides treated water for us. So that concentration will be more by injecting polymers called Flocculants as entering water and mud from cyclone to tank of Thickener, and increases deposition speed. This pulp concentrated in main tank of Thickener is guided to bottom of the basin and clear water remains on surface, and finally this water overflows into nearby ponds. The pulp concentrated is guided out through discharge hole of the bottom by oars which have completely slow rotary motion.
