The air circulation in this separator is provided by the rotation of the main fan around an axis, and therefore by adjusting the number, diameter or angle of the auxiliary or main fan blades, the device can be adjusted according to the working conditions.
Like all industrial tools and devices, separators are also subject to wear and tear. The separation sections and the auxiliary and main fan blades are components of the device that have a higher risk of wear. To reduce the wear of these parts, wear-resistant steel sheets, artificial basalt and casting plates are used.
In addition, soft particles are not completely removed from the device and often part of the softest particles remain suspended in the fans, which causes damage to the device. To solve this problem, some separators install the main fan outside the device, which reduces the percentage of these particles.
